Operator Equipment

The trainings are given to all the operators in order to use the work tools and equipment properly, and the chemicals which are being used are highly effective as their functions, based on the registered Standard Operating Procedure.

Managerial Trainings

The trainings are primarily aimed at the upper Supervisor Level in order to carrying out the managerial functions; related to the technique, we need to supervise with a purpose to provide optimum service based on ISO dan 5 S Principle.

1. Daily Report: Daily Checked-list is done by the worker in order to watch the effectiveness and results.
2. Weekly Report: Weekly Checked-list is done by the supervisor in order to evaluate the results.
3. Monthly Report: The final report which is reported monthly will be given to the clients, informing that works and responsibilities has been done accordingly, and if there happens any misleads a refinement will be applied.
